Surely if they don’t exercise in all the wrong ways that we are conditioned to believe is necessary they will become weak, anemic, and debilitated, right? So doctors and fitness experts say about us humans, at any rate.

Now step into my CommonSense Corner for a moment and think about this. Imagine a great ape, gorilla, or orangutan, taken from the wild, strong as they all are, and placed in a cage in a zoo. Now of course upon your arrival you certainly wouldn’t want to go into the cage with him, knowing full well that you would be ripped off in short order.

Fast forward 10 years or so… for the past decade this animal, with a body very similar to your own, has lived the life of a couch potato. For argument’s sake, let’s also think of a captive tiger that does nothing but pace back and forth in its little cage for the same 10 years; neither is the animal working out as we are told to do, at the gym, in an aerobics class, running, cycling, doing push-ups, sit-ups, or any of the other things we are told for us that we have to do. to maintain our strength.

Indeed after a long period of inactivity, at least no exercise as we know it, no repetitive strengthening exercises or activities, animals must be very weak, become weak and ineffective; right? So who in their right mind would think they could climb into a cage with a non-sporting animal and win it?

It is my belief that each and every creature knows intuitively what it is supposed to do in regards to its physical structure, in order to make it work throughout its life. Instead of delving into the mysteries of how every other species maintains its structural integrity throughout its life, to use that information to our advantage, we humans have done everything possible to remove ourselves from the web. of Life, to see ourselves as above and beyond the rest of Life here on this planet, to try to make our own rules and ways of life, much to the detriment of our nature.

Let’s take a look around at some easily noticeable examples of human achievements when it comes to ignoring the Natural Laws of Movement and Formation. Let us wonder, while doing so, why there are no such descriptions of these confusions and twists and turns among the rest of the “lower beings”. Therefore, the only records are those that we humans have at home or have hidden…

To look at a physical body, or a cyclist or a runner’s body is to see an abnormal, distorted, often “suffering in pain” system, caused by the activities involved under the guise of Health and Fitness.
