Soy protein is an important and powerful protein and is equal to any animal-based protein.
Carbohydrates give us energy. This is the best source of energy for the body because carbohydrates are readily converted to glucose. It helps our body to provide energy for the formation of cellular material. Carbohydrates are three compounds Carbon, Hydrogen and Oxygen formed by plants. Four types of carbohydrates are important – Sugars, Starches, Fiber and Gums. Eating carbohydrates regularly does not cause any weight gain, except as another food group. There are two types of carbohydrates – complex and simple. The processing of carbohydrates can cause the production of ketones in the body, it can lead to a state known as ketosis. Good examples of carbohydrates are bread, potatoes, pasta, soda, chips, candies/sweets, cookies/biscuits, puddings, cakes, sugar, bananas etc.

These types of minerals can be found from our daily food or extra water like salt, soy sauce, milk, vegetable oils, whole grains, cheese, fruit etc.
Water gives cells shape and acts as a medium where physical processes can take place. It is a well-known but most important nutrient that our body needs. It is also the most abundant form of water found in our bodies contributing 70% of our total mass. It helps to dissolve and transport essential nutrients to all parts of the body. It is also needed to help maintain body temperature and help remove body waste products.
