Soul Alignment

Everything on earth – including every species of plant and animal, and every person, plant, every flower, seed, and cell – is a materialization of the supreme intelligence, reason, or God-God, which I referred to as divine. Our heart is its conduit and unique manifestation. It seeks full expression as an acorn becomes an oak and a caterpillar a butterfly. Each of us is a divine creation. What does our heart want? He calls us to live righteous lives.

Even the ancient yogis understood that until we awaken to our true Self, we cannot access our potential. We must distinguish “I” from others, say all that we are not, and save our real selves from the captivity of the code.

We suffer when we don’t live our truth and our values. When we do, we shine our true Self. We are spreading our energy and strength, and our hearts, lives, and relationships accordingly.

Our unhappiness screams for us to change. Yet, too often, we block out the challenges we need and use excuses to deny our passions or try to change someone else. It is the disconnection from our true Self that causes our pain. When we align our spirit and our true Self, we are at peace, without the need for approval or to convince or change anyone. We are determined and courageous to express what we want.

The core of that “I” is still in infancy, although our latent power is hidden and hidden by external influences and the “false self.” Once we know our true selves, we discover our freedom and power, and our love allows for greater self-expression.

This is easy, but not easy for those of us who because of our past renewal and trauma have abandoned our Self, as we were once abandoned. To survive, we adopt a personality, beliefs, and behaviors that take us further from our true nature. Our soul is here to come home – something we will not find in relationships or work unless they support our true Self and allow our soul to express itself.

Recovery from codependency is a process of soul alignment It calls for change. How do we make this journey? We must spend time with each other, not by distraction, but by being quiet to feel and listen. Our knowledge and perspective broaden, and our perspectives sharpen. More time in meditation and contemplation infuses our body/mind with spiritual energy that allows us to recognize our soul’s guidance-the words of wisdom from within.

In recovery, we get back our “Lost Body.” We cultivate a sense of inner knowing and loving guidance, not the harsh or doubting voice of the inner critic. We need to listen and also honor the still small voice that guides us. With great awareness and awareness of our feelings, day and night dreams, and intuitions, we are naturally attracted to what pleases us and avoid what causes pain. These feelings are born for the infant, but most of us have lost touch with our instincts and Self.

Living in truth means thinking more with our heart than our heart. However, the advice to “Follow your heart” can be misleading, because our heart’s guidance can be clouded by need, shame, and fear. Our heart may want us to cling to abusive relationships, but our heart does not want us to be less or to be discouraged. We can easily get lost by clinging to broken parts. We may not listen to or trust the guidance of our hearts. They can be revealed by past programming, doubts about our worth, confidence, and lack of courage to move forward, take a stand, or fear of change.

Each of us must find our own path, learn to honor, express, and love our true Self. Every day, we have the opportunity to discover who we are, what we believe, feel, need, want, and value. Indeed, every time provides opportunities to prove our true Self.

When you don’t meet your needs or act in accordance with your needs and values, welcome this knowledge with curiosity rather than self-judgment. What is the source of the conflict between what you need and want and how you do it? Self-examination provides clarity and enables better choices in the future.

For example, if you say yes when you want to say no, or eat dessert when you’re trying to lose weight, instead of beating yourself up, have compassion for the parts of you that still struggle and need self-love. . To deepen self-love and compassion, listen to Self-Love Meditation.

When we don’t believe in ourselves or the change is possible, working with someone who does can open up real opportunities by removing the webs and blinders. A therapist or coach can bring a vision of your future before you can see it and can support you in the changes your soul is longing for. Take care of yourself by practicing Mindfulness Meditation to start living a mind-centered life.
